The City of Bristol Tennessee, herein after referred to as "City", an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action Employer, seeks to retain the services of a professional consultant engineering firm to provide Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) services related to roadway construction, widen of the ROW, sidewalk improvements, and storm water conveyance system improvements along (but not limited to) Bluff City Highway/Edgemont Ave from Lavinder Ln. to West Cedar St. Responsibilities of the professional consultant firm for Construction Engineering Inspection Services (CEI) shall be in accordance with TDOT Local Program CEI services.
