Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
This Contract provides for the construction of Safe Site 3 including installation of shelters, laundry, and bathroom buildings; and furnishing and installation of the site power system, lighting system, water and sanitary sewer systems (piping, structures, and connections), fencing, paving, and other work to complete the project as shown, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The Contract Work shall be Physically Complete within 50 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed. The City of Vancouver in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
