The purpose of this Bid is to establish a pre-qualified list of Contractors to provide commercial kitchen equipment and kitchen equipment parts on an as-needed basis for Orange County Public Schools (OCPS). OCPS intends to award this bid to qualified Contractors who are the authorized dealers/distributors or manufacturers of all or some of the itemized manufacturers listed within this bid. Question End Date 8/9/2023 2:00 PM Bid Bonds: Bid bonds, when required, shall be submitted with the Bid submittal in the amount specified. Bid bonds will be returned to un-awarded Contractors. Performance Bonds: A performance bond may be required for certain services as determined by OCPS throughout the term of this Bid. OCPS shall notify the Contractor in advance of this requirement. The formal written protest must be accompanied by a protest bond, cashier’s check, or money order in the amount of one percent (1%) of the total estimated contract value. The estimated contract value of this Bid is $2,000,000.00.
