The actual scope of services could vary from the tasks listed above and communicated to eligible firm(s) prior to actual agreement. The Owner will provide additional details and a list of general duties required in Commissioning Services for this Project to eligible finalists. Include any projects where scope of services has included building envelope commissioning. Describe innovations that the firm might have introduced or employed to increase the project's adherence to technical standards. It is noted that the services of the Design Professional or Construction Professional and various subcontractors are NOT provided for under this Scope of Work and the CxA is not responsible for providing their services. The Training Center is projected to be 80,000-100,000 GSF, and the maximum building capacity is currently projected to be 500. The Training Center will include classrooms, technical labs, high-capacity spaces suitable to contain manufacturing scale training simulations incorporating robotics, mechatronics, welding, motors, and other advanced manufacturing technologies. There will be a critical demand for hardwired and wireless networking capabilities, multiple segmented and secured server spaces, and A/V installations. Designated training spaces will also need appropriate utilities, air-handling and safety/emergency response capabilities related to high-voltage components, "thermal runaways" and potential toxic chemical release. The Center will require robust safety, security, fire suppression and emergency response systems. Candidate teams will demonstrate competency and experience in sustainable, healthy-building construction strategies. The delivery method for this Project will be construction manager at-risk (CM/GC), and, at a minimum, will employ the services of a Design Professional and a Commissioning Agent, in addition to the services of a CM/GC
