Renovation of a military facility in West Bend, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
As of August 21, 2023, this project is in the conceptual phase. An architect has not been selected. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is expected to start in April 2025 and end in November 2025. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Remove approximately 21,500 SF of ballasted BUR on the West Bend Armory building roof Area 2 through 10 (including the existing 3-inch Isocyanate insulation system). Mechanically fasten a new rigid insulation system to achieve a total R-value of 25 (minimum). Then install a new flat roof system to be fully adhered Ethylene-Propylene-Diene-Monomer (EPDM) membrane, 60 mils thick. Repair/replace roof drains as necessary, provide new flashing, pipe boots, counterflashing, downspouts, gutters, and other roof accessories as required, all to achieve manufacturer’s 20-year No-Dollar-Limit warranty. SCHEDULE: Start Construction Apr 2025 Substantial Completion Oct 2025 Final Completion Nov 2025
