Site work, remodeling and renovation of a water / sewer project in Nashville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the expansion of a dam / floodwall.
Scope of Work The work includes bank stabilization in the form of riprap and stone protection construction and all incidental related work along the left descending bank of the Cumberland River immediately North of the KR Harrington Water Treatment Plant. Specific items of work include but are not limited to: a. Clearing and Selective Clearing of the existing vegetation along the bank. b. Riprap and Stone protection construction primarily by barge. c. Planting of lives stakes in conjunction with riprap and stone protection construction which includes provision of topsoil. d. Minor seeding and mulching as required for restoration of disturbed areas. e. In place protection of existing features in vicinity of the construction limits. f. Erosion Control and all other incidentally work items. The work is located at the confluence of the Stones River and the Cumberland River immediately North of the KR Harrington Water Treatment Plant in Nashville, TN.
