Description

Renovation of a medical facility in Madison, Wisconsin. Design plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

As of September 6, 2023, an engineer has been selected and this project is in the schematic design phase. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is expected to start in March 2025. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: HEALTH SERVICES - MENDOTA MENTAL HEALTH INSTITUTE, MADISON PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project will completely replace the 81,000 square feet of flat roof at Goodland Hall. The existing flat roof, insulation, flashing and metal cap will be replaced with a fully adhered EPDM roof membrane system that complies with current DFD roof specifications. Roof drains will also be replaced. The project will be phased to limit disruption to the security operations of the facility. Start Construction Mar 2025
