In accordance with Texas Government Code 2269, Brazoria County is seeking bids for the Bar X Phase IV project which consists of 4410 LF of removal and replacement of concrete pavement, lime stabilized subgrade, backfilling existing storm sewer pipes, erosion control, and traffic control. The project is located in Bar X Ranch in Angleton, TX. Approximately 2.65 miles Southwest of I-35 (Jimmy Phillips Blvd) along FM 521. Any prospective respondent desiring any explanation or interpretation of the proposal must make a written request which must be received by the Purchasing Department on or before Wednesday, August 16, 2023. The request must be emailed to bidclarifications@brazoriacountytx.gov. Emails must include the project name and number in the subject field. Estimated Budget: $1.25 million Estimated Completion Time: 180 days
