Site Directions: This project contains 9 streets in Warrenton, Oregon and Hammond, Oregon. Please see Google or Bing Maps to locate the streets to be overlain. All streets to be overlain are field marked with pink paint. No further survey will be done. Street overlay paving and maintenance. Pre-Bid Meeting Info: NONE Every request for such interpretation should be emailed to Kyle Ayers, P.E., the Engineer for NC Civil, LLC, email: kyle@nccivil.com and to be given consideration must be received at least four days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bid Question Deadline 08/13/2023 THE PROJECT: The work of this project will take place in Warrenton, Oregon and will consist of, but is not limited to furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and superintendence necessary for the following: Overlay the listed streets as per plan with a 2" Asphalt overlay. The work will be accomplished in the summer/fall of 2023. In general, the elements of work include, but are not limited to: 1. Clean street to be overlaid of loose rock, organics, dirt, dust. 2. Grind out areas directed by Engineer. 3. Add tack coat to clean dry street per specifications. 4. Overlay streets with 2" asphalt concrete as specified
