The San Antonio Water System Purchasing Department is willing to assist any bidder(s) in the interpretation of bid provisions or explanation of how bid forms are to be completed. Bidders are encouraged to prepare and submit their questions in writing three (3) calendar days in advance of the Pre-Bid Conference in order to expedite the proceedings. SAWS responses to questions received by this due date may be distributed at the Pre-Bid Conference and posted at SAWS Purchasing website.
