Notice is hereby given that Tulsa Community College (TCC) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Northeast Campus Site Hydronic Pipe Replacement as per the attached Specifications and General Terms and Conditions. The Colleges point of contact for this solicitation will be Austin Rosenthal, Assistant Director of Purchasing. All questions related to this RFP should be submitted Electronically TCC reserves the right to reject or negotiate at its sole discretion, any and all proposals resulting from this request for proposals. The College reserves the right to reject, as non-responsive, any response that does not contain the information requested in this RFP. TCC also reserves the right to waive any irregularities, errors or omissions in the RFP or responses received. TCC reserves the right to purchase any or all items bid by vendor TCC may make such investigation as deemed necessary to determine the ability of the bidder to perform the work, and the bidder shall furnish TCC all such information and data for this purpose as TCC may request. TCC reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such bidder fails to satisfy TCC that such bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to complete the work contemplated therein. Conditional bids will not be accepted.
