Renovation of a municipal facility in Richmond, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The County of Madison and its Emergency Management Agency, located in Richmond, Kentucky, are accepting proposals for an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) replacement for the County's Emergency Operations Center (EOC). There will be a registration requirement for all potential respondents participating in the pre-proposal meeting. Vendors are required to register their firm name, point of contact, email address, mailing address, and telephone number. Registration information should be emailed to Tim Gray at tim.gray@madisoncountyky.gov no later than Monday, August 7, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern. RFP Questions -- All questions regarding this RFP shall be directed via email to Jim Krebs Jimkrebs@missioncriticalpartners.com no later than 4:00 p.m. Eastern on Monday, August 14, 2023. The County shall provide answers to any questions received. Oral responses shall not be binding on the County. Attendees at the pre-proposal meeting will receive a copy of all questions and answers.
