The intent is to contract with one or more qualified vendors to provide canal mowing, sediment removal, debris removal, and bank repair. o Expected cut heights 6" roughly o Twice per year in November and May o Must use Spyder or Menzi Muck o 3-year contract The Contractor will mow canal banks and may be asked to provide additional work as the Project Manager see fit. Routinely cut canal banks are: o FPL- Colonial sub Station B/W Winkler Canal to Manor Drive - 1300 LF o South Drive Ditch- B/W L3 to West Drive Ditch - 1200 LF o West Drive Ditch B/W South Drive to North Drive - 1800 LF o Ballard Farm Ditch B/W FRI to New York ROW - 3637 LF o New York B/W Ballard Road to New York Ave - 1240 LF o Castlebar Ditch B/W New York Ave to Dogleg of ditch - 1300 LF o Demerry Circle Retention pond and Canal B/W Ballard Road to Billy Creek- 1873 LF o Pepsi Ditch B/W MLK to Dale Street - 545 LF o Beaches Habitat Village / Dupree Ditch B/W Shoemaker Blvd. to Dunbar H.S. - 1398 LF o Campbell Acres B/W Archie Lane to Zana Drive- 1486 LF o Winkler Canal B/W Princeton Ave. to Roger's Weir (North side ONLY) - 1662 LF Q&A Deadline 08/11/2023 5:00 PM (EDT)
