Estimate: $18M The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and plant for the construction of the wastewater treatment plant replacement work including but not limited to: main process basins; aerobic digesters; electrical building; non-potable water pump station; chemical building and storage; blowers; generator and fuel tanks; electrical service; sump pump station; WAS pump station; site grading and drainage structures; concrete paving; crushed concrete paving; piping, manholes, and inlets; protective coatings; electrical; controls; hydro-mulch seeding; duct bank and pull boxes; demolition items as specified; temporary facilities and all else specified on the construction drawings and contract documents necessary to construct, tie-in and make for a complete and operational system. Final completion shall be achieved within 60 calendar days from the date of Substantial Completion. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 90 calendar days from the date bids are open. In ample time to permit consideration before reply, submit questions about bidding instruments to the Engineer. Questions will not be considered after 12 p.m. noon on Thursday, September 14, 2023.
