Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Conway, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of December 11, 2023, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. The project includes the construction of a new booster pump station at the Conway WWTP and approximately 40,078 LF of 20-inch C905 DR21 PVC force main. The project shall include all sitework, piping, fittings, valves, electrical, instrumentation, appurtenances, and other items required for a complete functioning project as shown on the contract drawings and included in the detailed specifications. The project is being funded by a loan from the State Revolving Fund and therefore bidders must comply with all applicable state and federal requirements identified in the bid documents including Davis-Bacon and "American Iron and Steel" Provisions. The goals stated in the bid documents for participation by DBE firms are 2.6% for MBE and 2.6% for WBE.
