As of January 11, 2024, project was awarded to CC Carlton Industries, LLC, awarded amount is $4,479,997.50 The City of Manor, Texas hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for the Gregg Manor Road Ground Storage Tank & Pressurization Facility Improvements. This project consists of the installation of a 250,000-gallon groundwater storage tank and appurtenant work, a 10,000-gallon hydropneumatic tank and appurtenant work, installation of a water booster pump building and pumps and appurtenant work, sodium hypochlorite system and other appurtenant work, yard piping, construction of foundations, site work including subgrade prep, electrical work and controls, generator installation, telemetry, connections to existing waterlines, erosion and sedimentation controls, restoration and revegetation and all other appurtenant work. A 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance and Payment Bonds, and Insurance requirements are required. Bidders shall comply with all bid requirements and specifications as defined by George Butler Construction plans, bid documents, questions, and addenda will be processed .
