Reference Number 0000326911 Gilpin County is inviting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide Structural Engineering Services within unincorporated Gilpin County. Gilpin is located approximately 35 miles west of Denver. Gaming is the primary industry for Gilpin County and represents approximately 50% of the total revenues for the County A Structural Engineer must perform an inspection of the condition of structural improvements relative to 5 historic cabins located near Moffat Tunnel in Rollinsville (East Portal Road) to determine if each cabin is structurally sound to withstand abatement work and reconstruction work necessary to make each cabin safe and usable for historic preservation and use. The Structural Engineer shall execute and stamp its final report following its completion of the inspection work, which report must detail the structural condition of each of the cabins and their structural improvements. -Anticipated Award August 30, 2023 -Project Start September 11, 2023
