Site work for a mixed-use development in Mount Prospect, Illinois. Working plans call for site work for a multi-residential development; and municipal facility.
As of 9/18/2023, all bis have been rejected. A timeline for the rebid of this project has not been determined at this time. PROJECT SCOPE oInstall new, pre-finished metal panel fence wall. oRemove existing gate fence mesh and install new vinyl coated mesh: oOne with slats. oOne without slats. oInstall new cylone fence: Posts, vinyl coated wire; all appurtences for a fullsystem. oBidding contractor to be able to handle all aspects of project. oBidding contractor must have a representive from there company attend mandatory pre-bid meeting in order to bid this project. oSee Specification Book and Drawings for more details. Offers may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid date without the consent of the Board of Trustees. Any Bid submitted unsealed, unsigned, sent via email or fax or received subsequent to the aforementioned date and time, will be disqualified and returned to the bidder. The Village reserves the right in its sole discretion, to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities technicalities and informalities in bid procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interests of the Village. A bid deposit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, payable to the Village, is required, unless otherwise stated in the bid package. Substantial Performance for the contract needs to be completed by November 15, 2023. Final completion shall be within (30) days after the Substantial Performance, which includes punchlist
