The purpose of this RFPQ is to pre-qualify experienced General Contractors for the construction of a new Affordable Housing project (under Supportive Housing Fund) located at 2365-2371 Kelly Ave, Port Coquitlam, BC the project aim is to provide long-term housing for individuals needing housing, seeking meaningful work and living with mental illness. The scope of work consists of construction of a proposed 6-story wood-frame with 1 level underground parking and a total of 74 units consisting of studios, one- and two-bedroom units as well as common areas and indoor and outdoor amenity spaces. The building must achieve Energy Step Code 4.
