Site work for a water / sewer project in Delta, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Structural life extension to North and South Breakwaters at the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal. The Work shall consist of but not necessarily be limited to the following: Coordinate deliveries with steel pipe pile supplier appointed by BC Ferries; Collect and deliver to site four steel pipe piles stored at BC Ferries Fleet Maintenance Unit (12800 Rice Mill Rd, Richmond, BC V6W 1A1); Temporarily remove and reinstate electrical, utilities and slab hardware; Replace select cathodic protection components affected by construction staging and activities; Install steel pipe piles; Supply and install two levels of steel straps across the face of the cells and connect the straps to the piles; Supply and install patching of the steel sheet piles as required; Supply, install, and tension anchor rods through the pile pairs at the cell intersection; Supply and install new guardrails, handrails and bollards as indicated; Replace all fall protection points as indicated; Install Owner-supplied timber fender panel at N10 on North breakwater; and Supply and install timber elements at S10 on South Breakwater.
