THE HOUSING AUTHORITY, CITY OF LINCOLN will accept sealed bids on a single, firm, fixed-price contract to include all work for LINCOLN HOUSING AUTHORITY Crossroads House Apartments Replace Make-Up Air Unit - 2024 according to the Drawings and Specifications prepared by Dan Schinstock of Engineering Technologies Inc., and described in general as follows: Replace 3rd floor Make-up Air Unit and replace the water-cooled condensing unit with a water to water heat pump in the basement Mechanical Room at Crossroads House Apartments, 1001 "O" Street, Lincoln, Nebraska. All bids shall remain in effect and may not be modified, withdrawn or cancelled for a period of 30 calendar days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularity in any bid received. Bid Security will be required for this project. Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond will be required for this project. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
