Site work for a water / sewer project in Whitney, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project site is located in Longspur Lake, ON. Also known as "lang lake". Longspur is located approximately 13 kilometers South of Espanola, Ontario. The purpose of this project is to repair the existing Government Wharf at the Longspur site. It is anticipated the Contractor can perform and complete the onsite Work in approximately 5-7 weeks from October 15th 2023. This is the first phase (Phase 1) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all bidders; second phase (Phase 2) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Upon award of contract in Phase Two the pre-qualification list will be terminated, no additional contracts will be awarded. Documents can be obtained from https://canadabuys.canada.ca
