Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Long Beach, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bids are invited for the purchase and delivery of new generator, automatic transfer switch, placement on pedestal, start-up, load bank testing and certification. Bids are to be addressed to the Harrison County Utility Authority, 10271 Express Drive, Gulfport, Mississippi 39503 and shall be marked Johnson Road PS Generator". Bidder will be liable for any and all costs related to obtaining documents and/or submitting bids. Any questions regarding the electronic bidding service should be directed to Marie Ostrander at ostrander@hcua-ms.us. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of Harrison County Utility Authority, or a satisfactory bid bond, executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid for Harrison County Utility Authority "Johnson Road PS Generator", shall be submitted with each bid. For Bids exceeding $50,000, bidder must indicate applicable Certificate of Responsibility Number on the outside of sealed proposal as required by Mississippi Law. For bids not exceeding $50,000, bidder must either indicate his certificate number, or else write clearly "Bid does not exceed $50,000." The Harrison County Utility Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for receiving Bids.
