Installation of parking area on East Side of the building and installation of driveway on north side of building The key project tasks and components include: Removal of old materials and leveling of areas (as needed). Paving of East Parking lot area and north driveway area Site visit available upon request For further details please see the full Request for Bid on the library website. Please deliver bid (in a sealed envelope) to: Roger Dumas, Trails Regional Library, 432 N. Holden St., Warrensburg, Missouri 64093. Bids must be prepared and must be signed in ink. All bids received by the abovementioned deadline shall be reviewed by Trails Regional Library. Please only bid on the items designated in the work. All additional items and tasks will be considered separately from the base bid, should the owner request additional work or delete any tasks from the original scope of work. Trails Regional Library has the right to reject any and all bids at their discretion.
