Renovation of a laboratory facility in North Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase competition. The first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all bidders. The second phase, (Phase Two), will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Upon award of a contract in Phase Two, the pre-qualification list resulting from the first phase will expire and will not be used in any other solicitation. Following Phase Two solicitation closing, bid results will be recorded and may be obtained by e-mailing a request to the address indicated in the Invitation to Tender. Work under this contract includes approximately 47 m2 of renovation to the existing glassware washing room, temporary space of approximately 59m2, and return temporary space (warehouse) to original conditions after renovation is complete. The scope of work includes but is not limited to mechanical and electrical systems, floor, ceiling, and wall finishes, polypropylene casework, fittings and fixtures. To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost approximately between $500,001.00 and $1,000,000.00 (GST included).
