The purpose of this project is to create a Project Prioritization Plan. This plan will provide an assessment of existing roadway, bridge, and drainage conditions in the County and address the need for improvements. The Plan will provide a prioritized list of anticipated project costs for implementation county-wide. The project will include meeting with County staff and representatives from various cities in the County to receive input on project needs. There are no bonding requirements for this Request for Qualification. The Galveston County Commissioners' Court reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any and all submittals and to accept the submittal which, in its opinion, is most advantageous to Galveston County with total respect the governing laws.
