As part of the upgrade, the County plans to procure up to four (4) new antenna support towers of various sizes (each referred to herein as Tower and collectively, the Towers). The Towers will support various microwave and radio communications equipment utilized by the Countys Department of Emergency Response as part of a public safety radio communications upgrade. This document describes the minimum requirements for the fabricating and delivering of the Towers. The Purchasing Agent reserves the right to reject all bids, parts of all bids, or all bids for any one or more items or contractual services included in the proposed contract, when such rejection is in the best interest of the County.
