Roster Work Assignment No.: 23-PFR-CAP-GC-008 ROSTER REOI No: 3907-19-5003 Fire Alarm System Upgrade: Supply and install fire alarm system as per drawings and specifications including but not limiting to new fire alarm control panel, annunciator, devices, raceways and wiring for completion operational and monitored system. Verify and commission system upon installation. Coordinate and arrange inspection with building department. Upon acceptance of new system by the building inspector, remove existing fire alarm system including panel, annunciator, devices, raceways & wiring and make good of affected surfaces. Emergency Lighting System Upgrade: Supply and install emergency lighting system as per drawings and specifications including but not limiting to new exit signs, battery units, remote heads, devices, raceways and wiring for completion operational system. Verify and commission system upon installation. Coordinate and arrange inspection with building department. Upon acceptance of new system by the building inspector, remove existing exit signs, battery units, remote heads, devices, raceways and wiring and make good of affected surfaces. *This project is being bid by invitation only.
