This procurement will be issued as a 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) through RFP procedures under FAR 15 and other FAR Parts and Subparts as applicable. The Eugene J. Towbin Healthcare Center has a need to Demo Buildings 75, 158, 162, 175, T-166, T-167 (Demo Farm). of the work is at the Eugene J. Towbin Healthcare Center located at 2200 Fort Roots Drive, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72214. The contractor must completely prepare for building operations, including demolition, removal of existing structures, furnish labor and materials, and to perform the work to Demo Buildings 75, 158, 162, 175, 176, T-166 and T-167 (Demo Farm). The Contractor must furnish all labor, provide all necessary materials, tools, equipment, superintendence, transportation, and must do all that which is necessary to the satisfactory and timely in accordance with this of work. All construction work must be performed without affecting medical center's operations unless otherwise noted. NAICS code 238910, Prep Contractors is applicable to the RFP and the Small Business Size Standard is $19M. The Construction Cost Range for this project ( of Construction) is under $5,000,000.00.
