Awarded to Griffin Brothers Inc. for $737,086 The Work consists of installing approximately 7,500 L.F. of 6-inch PVC, new master meter, service connections, renovating altitude valves, and related appurtenances. Bids must include a Bid Bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. All bonds must be countersigned by a Georgia Resident Agent. A Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the bid and a Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the bid must be furnished by the successful bidder. The right is reserved by the Owner to delay the award of the Contract for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of opening of the bids, during which time bids shall remain open and not subject to withdrawal.The right is also reserved to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all technicalities or informalities.
