Working plans call for the addition of a 3,300-square-foot, two-story above grade elderly care / assisted living facility; for the demolition of a elderly care / assisted living facility; for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a 2,050-square-foot elderly care / assisted living facility.

The owners reserve the right to waive any informalities or reject any and all bids. Question Deadline Aug 12, 2023 The project is located at 17 Phyllis Terrace, Monsey, N.Y. The work will consist of rebuilding the existing Community Center located in the basement and adding additions to the existing basement in the front & side of the building. The Gross square feet being renovated is about 2,050 S.F. and the new addition is 540 square feet for a total of 2,540 S.F. The bids shall follow all architectural and engineering plans and specifications as enclosed within. The plans as shown are for Phase 1, the base bid, except there will be a Phase 2 for the new rear covered prefabricated roof entry, stair and ramp renovations which will not be in this contract. The approved contractor upon award of bid will further sign an A.I.A. owner/contractor contract with the Kaser Village Housing Authority. Also, they will submit A.I.A documents G-701 through G-708 during the construction phase of the project as required. Certificate of Occupancy from the local building department shall be submitted to the owner at completion of the job. *No bids received, the project is being laid off for now.*
