The objective of this call for tenders is to award a contract to carry out the correction, removal or addition of the geographical objects constituting the footprints of buildings for four watersheds in Quebec, representing a total area of approximately 10,860 km2 for 279,317 buildings. The Minister draws your attention in particular to clauses 3.12 and 3.13 of the call for tenders document, which indicate the conditions of eligibility of service providers and compliance of tenders to be respected within the framework of this call for tenders. The tender must be submitted by a service provider having an establishment in Quebec where it carries out its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified with its name and accessible during normal business hours. The Minister does not undertake to accept any of the offers received.
