Renovation of a military facility in Colts Neck, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Fin-and-tube shall be coils constructed of seamless copper tubes and aluminum or copper fins mechanically bonded or soldered to the tubes. Copper tube wall thickness must be a minimum of 0.016 inches and aluminum fins must be 0.0055 inch minimum thickness. Copper fins shall have 0.0045 inch minimum thickness. LOCATION. All work is located at Buildings# C62, in Naval Weapon Station Earle, Colts Neck New Jersey. Passes are required for this visit. SECNAV 5512-1 access requests forms shall be sent to the project ET, Azeb Hailu (azeb.a.hailu.civ@us.navy.mil). Provide casing and tube support sheets that are not lighter than 16 gauge galvanized steel, formed to provide structural strength. When required, provide multiple tube supports to prevent tube sag. Mount coils for counterblow service. Rate and certify coils to meet the requirements of AHRI 410.
