As of October 2, 2023, project was awarded to Affordable Asphalt, awarded to $179,001.65. The proposed project consists of approximately 825 linear feet of full roadway asphalt restoration, 2055 linear feet of full lane asphalt restoration, 150 linear feet of pavement restoration, 385 linear feet of customer service trench restoration, trench milling, thermoplastic striping, and other incidental work to provide fully restored roadway per Monroe County standards and specifications. The work includes, but is not limited to, milling a section of existing roadway, and overlay Type S-1 Asphaltic Concrete according to the included plans and details. This includes multiple mobilization (if required), labor, materials, equipment required to mill areas as indicated herein, construct new Type S-1 Asphaltic Concrete for surface overlay with tack coat, adjust valve boxes, rims, inlets, or other fixtures to final grade as required, transition to existing pavement, tack coating, compaction, rolling, brooming and any other work required to complete the work. The included details shall be used. All pricing shall include hauling and disposal. The work also includes, but is not limited to, furnishing and installing all permanent pavement markings, bicycle lane markings, stop conditions and reflective pavement markers that are to replace the pavement markings based on the pavement replacement work.
