The contractor's work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. LINE ITEM 0001: Littcarr Campground Bridge Abutment. Westside Bridge Abutment: 1) The contractor will place Class III Channel Liner stone from the north edge of the bridge approximately sixty five feet (65') upstream and approximately fifteen feet (15') from Elevation 1,017 above mean sea level (AMSL) up the embankment to Elevation 1,028.5 AMSL. Total depth of the Class III channel Liner will be at a minimum of twenty four inches (24"). 2) The contractor will place Class III Channel Liner stone from the south edge of the bridge approximately seventy feet (70') downstream and approximately fifteen feet (15') from Elevation 1,017 above mean sea level (AMSL) up the embankment to Elevation 1,028.5 AMSL. Total depth of the Class III channel Liner will be at a minimum of twenty four inches (24"). 3) The contractor will place Class III Channel Liner stone underneath the bridge from elevation 1,017 AMSL to bridge abutment.
