CONTRACT DATES: Completion 60 days ARO DELIVERY/ACCEPTANCE LOCATION: The delivery and acceptance location will be at the Place of Performance address listed on page 1 of this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. All pricing and deliveries shall be Free on Board (FOB) Destination. FREE ON BOARD (FOB): Destination CONTRACT TYPE: This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) Purchase Order. PAYMENT: All payments by the Government to the Contractor will be made in accordance with: [X] 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer - System for Award Management (OCT 2018) SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): All prospective offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website and complete representations and certifications at SAM.gov. Any offeror who is not registered in SAM will be considered nonresponsive. QUOTATION FORMAT AND SUBMITTAL INFORMATION: Quotes must be submitted on company letterhead in either Microsoft or Adobe pdf platforms and submitted by email to the individuals listed in the Response to Request for Quotation (RFQ) section of this Combined Synopsis Solicitation. Quoters are hereby advised that any Offeror-imposed terms and conditions which deviate from the Government's terms and conditions, may render the Offeror's quote Unacceptable, and this ineligible for award. RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ): Quotes are due no later than 4:30 pm on August 17, 2023. Email responses to brian.trahan@va.gov. Responses to this announcement will result in a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) Purchase Order. The Government intends to make award without discussions. New Heat Pumps: 1. Contractor shall remove existing heat pumps in existing structure. 2. Contractor shall furnish and install New Heat Pumps comparable to removed units. 3. Contractor shall provide all necessary parts and connections for operable system. 4. Contractor provide miscellaneous materials for installation. 5. Contractor to remove old units, parts and other materials from site.
