This project consists of all work associated with the unit price for removal of built-up water treatment plant backwash sludge and hauling off to TASWA Landfill. Project shall include all necessary labor and cleanup in accordance with the plans and specifications. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and responses and to waive any informality in bids and responses received, as deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
