Renovation of an educational facility in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Remove existing steel tread and riser forms, concrete fill. Repair the tubular steel stringers, install new precast concrete treads and support brackets, metal vents, apply a waterproofing traffic coating to the existing pan filled concrete landings, and paint the steel stringers to match the existing painted steel. The Guilford County Schools Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids presented and to waive any informalities and irregularities. Questions regarding the project must be submitted in writing or by email by 12:00 PM on Friday, August 11, 2023 to Ricky L. Loman, AIA Architect, 603 Summit Avenue, Suite 102, Greensboro, NC 27405, or at rloman@bellsouth.net. The work included under this contract to be substantially complete no later than Friday, October 27, 2023.
