The City of Manvel, Texas is seeking proposals from qualified consultants for professional services to assist with the development of its Comprehensive Plan and Strategic Plan, and update the Thoroughfare Plan. During the evaluation process, the City reserves the right, where it may serve the City's best interest, to request additional information or clarifications or to allow corrections of errors or omissions. At the discretion of the City, firms submitting proposals may be requested to make oral presentations as part of the evaluation process. The City reserves the right to negotiate all elements of the proposal to ensure that the best possible consideration be afforded to all. The City also reserves the right to retain all proposals submitted and to use any ideas in a proposal regardless of whether that proposal is selected. Submission of a proposal indicates acceptance by the firm of the conditions contained in the RFQ unless clearly and specifically noted in the proposal and confirmed in the contract between the City and the firm. It shall be the consultant firm's responsibility to ensure that its proposal is received by the City Secretary within the time limit indicated. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted and to re-solicit for services. The method has not been determined. Question Deadline 08/28/2023 at 2:00 PM CT
