Renovation of a municipal facility in Montrose, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
"Susquehanna County Courthouse Roof Retrofit Replacement Project." The project consists of retrofitting the new roof on the existing building on the corner of Lake Avenue and Monument Square in Montrose, including all related work. The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Susquehanna County. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the bidder within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the bidder agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement in the form prescribed by Susquehanna County.
