The U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence (USAACE) will be soliciting quotes for Grounds Maintenance of the Airfields, Stage fields, Ranges, Remote Training Sites, and other small remote sites. Located at Ft. Novosel Alabama on a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract award. All listed dates are subject to change. This synopsis is a notification only of anticipated upcoming action and is strictly informational no questions will be accepted at this time. The solicitation for this requirement is currently scheduled to open on August 15th 2023 and close September 13th 2023. Exact times to be determined. Under proposed Solicitation number W9124G23R0006 on SAM.gov. The contract period of shall be the following: Base Year - December 1, 2023 to November 30, 2024 Option Year I - December 1, 2024 to November 30, 2025 Option Year II - December 1, 2025 to November 30, 2026 Option Year III - December 1, 2026 to November 30, 2027 Option Year IV - December 1, 2027 TO November 30, 2028 : The anticipated dates will be August 23rd and August 24th 2023. Please note due to limitation of space companies will be asked to limit their representative to (2) two personal per company.
