Site work and new construction of a parking garage in New London, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
The Town of Lebanon will receive sealed proposals for construction of a new 4000 S.F. Vehicle Storage Garage at N5844 Buelow Road, New London, Wisconsin. Lump-sum proposals will be accepted for general construction of the building. A single-prime contract will be awarded for complete construction of the complete building including all trades. Qualifications shall be delivered to Engineer, not less than 5 days prior to the bid deadline. Bidders who have submitted satisfactory qualifications for a previous project during calendar 2023 will not be required to submit separate qualifications for this project. BID SECURITY: Each proposal must be accompanied by a cashier's check or bid bond duly executed by the bidder as principal anqualified to act as Surety in the State of Wisconsin. The Bid Security shall be not mless than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, which shall be forfeited to the Town of Lebanon in the event that the successful bidder fails to enter into a Contract and to furnish satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds within ten (10) days after Award of Contract. BID REJECTION: Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities in the bidding, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interests of the Town of Lebanon.
