The work includes, but is not limited to, supplying gravel, loading, transporting, unloading, spreading using appropriate chains as well as leveling according to the rules of the art (when required), as well as as all inherent operations and inherent costs. The successful bidder must provide a certificate of compliance for the gravel from a laboratory accredited by the Ministere des Transports du Quebec. Sampling must be done in the presence of a duly authorized representative of the Municipality. The sampling and test methods used are those adopted by the Ministere des Transports du Quebec.
