Provide durable, resilient, and non-porous flooring finish commensurate with the requirement of repair, operation, and maintenance of mobile devices and sensitive network infrastructure. The Contractor shall follow the Air Force Furnishings Commodity Council (AF FCC), Ordering Guide, August 2020, or most current version, and utilize the Tier I manufacturers and pricing. ii. The Contractor shall thoroughly clean and prepare existing substrates to receive new floor covering(s). Contractor shall fill holes and any cracks that measure wider than 1/8 inch. Holes larger than 1/4 inch in diameter shall be filled with crack filler as appropriate for this application. iii. The Contractor shall install a durable, resilient, and non-porous flooring finish and trim molding/border according to drawings/floor plans in accordance with manufacture installation instructions; CRI-104; and ETL 07-4. iv. Provide the user with 2% additional flooring materials at completion of project. b. Customer service area (Room 635) and 2 offices (approximately 750 SF) i. Install a durable, resilient, and non-porous flooring material; cannot be carpet due to high traffic facility and the nature of duties within the service area. See attached floor plan. c. Remove and replace vinyl base within project area (approx. 100LF). i. The contractor shall coordinate with users for approval of vinyl base color and size. d. Commercial walk off area (~45 SF) i. The walk off area upon entering the facility shall be of an allweather variety to withstand the elements throughout the year. ii. Install resilient transition strips (~15 LF) 2" wide, appropriate for the border adjacent to the main floor. See attached floor plan.
