Construct Bridge 29534 1 LUMP SUM Mobilization, 5,260 CU.YD. Common Embankment (CV), 3,753 CU. YD. Aggregate Base Class 5, 999 TONs Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mixture (3, C), 93 CU. YD. Structural Concrete (3B52) (P), 3,631 SQ. FT. Bridge Slab Concrete (3YHP-M) (P), 553 LIN. FT. Prestressed Concrete Beams 30MH, 1 LUMP SUM Remove Existing Bridge, 900 LIN. FT. C-I-P Concrete Piling 12. Minimum wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations. A minimum goal of (11.1%) Good Faith Effort to be subcontracted to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. The Hubbard County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to serve the best interests of Hubbard County.
