Reference Number WS4128712580-Doc4128852077 A Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) for Construction Services in the Parliamentary Precinct in the National Capital Region. This Supply Arrangement will prequalify General Contractors and specialty trades for future construction solicitations. This Supply Arrangement (SA) will apply to projects managed by the Science and Parliamentary Infrastructure Branch (SPIB), and with a construction cost not exceeding $2M excluding taxes. Construction for the purpose of this SA is defined as the work required to deliver specific projects in and around the Parliamentary Precinct. Construction includes work required to improve, reconfigure and/or refurbish spaces, building systems, and building elements. Work will be undertaken on the exterior and interior of buildings and must be accomplished without affecting building occupants. This Supply Arrangement will prequalify General Contractors and specialty trades for future construction solicitations. The period of the SA will be three (3) years with two (2) additional one year options to be used at PWGSC’s discretion. The initial period of the Supply Arrangement is from September 1, 2023 to August 31, 2026.
