Site work and renovation of a civil project in Katy, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The major items of work include: Rehabilitation of Aeration Basin No. 2 which includes the removal of all liquid from one Basin to another, replacement of the aeration system with fine bubble aeration system, and replacement of the return activated sludge airlift pumps. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of WEST MEMORIAL MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. Estimate: $550,000.00. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it.
