The contractor must carry out a complete examination of the nature and condition of the buildings, constructions, underground works, or other, located near the of the planned work in order to determine the risks to which he is exposed during carrying out the planned work or by the presence of such buildings, constructions or underground structures. The contractor must, moreover, obtain all the necessary information from the owner of the conduits, wires, cables or other shown on the plans or visible by an examination of the premises to enable him to protect or redo them, since these protective works or repairs are at his expense and that no additional amount is granted to him for all of this work.
