Reference Number 0000326955 The Denver Zoo invites bidders to submit statements of qualifications and on-call pricing for general plumbing service, drain cleaning, sanitary sewer service, and sewer video inspection. The Zoo campus encompasses many types of plumbing needs, including various kitchens, staff and guest restrooms, back-of-house facilities, and animal areas. Through this solicitation the Denver Zoo seeks to establish a highly qualified pool of on-call plumbing and sewer service contractors who can help keep the Zoo running at its best, even in emergency situations. We are looking for contractors who are professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and cost effective to partner with us to meet this important need. The Denver Zoo intends to enter into one or more Master Contractor Agreements for a three-year term, under which Statements of Work may be executed and on-call services performed.
