The Corporation of the City of London (the City) is issuing this Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) to solicit responses from interested, qualified, firms (Respondents) who are capable of undertaking the project for the General Contractor for Oxford Waste Water Treatment Plant Membrane Equipment Upgrade. This is the first stage in a two stage procurement process. Successful Respondents will be invited to participate in the second stage, which will be a Request for Tender (RFT) which is anticipated to take place early 2026.
